Trakker Pureflo Bait Filter System 17ltr,
Lift, twist, stack: draining liquids from your carp baithas never been easier than with the TrakkerPureflo Bait Filter System. This is a 17ltr system which has been designed to be used in conjunction with the Trakker 17lt Olive Square Container(please note that this bucket is not supplied with the Pureflo system and is instead available to purchase separately). For many years on the bank anglers have struggled with the issue of draining their baits, whether those baits are home cooked particles or glugged and washed out boilies. This need be an issue no longer with the Trakker Pureflo Bait Filter System.
This is much more than just a bucket – it is an innovative patented bait drainage system to make bankside bait preparation easier than ever before. The system is actually based on an idea by Clive Williams, a close friend of the Trakker brand. Clive came to the brand one day, excited to tell them all about his brand new system for separating his particles from liquids. Clive enjoys preparing particle bait at home but was always frustrated when it came to draining off his liquid. He wanted to transport his bait down to the bank in the liquid, allowing it to continue absorbing all the oily goodness in the cooking water, and didn’t want to sacrifice this liquid to the bankside when the time came to introduce the particles to his swim. The Trakker team saw how innovative his idea was, as well as seeing the way that this system could be used across the baiting methods.
One of the biggest benefits of the Trakker Pureflo Bait Filter System is its incredible versatility. Not only can this bait drain system be used for draining and retaining the liquid from home cooked particles but it can also be used when you’re fishing with boilies. Whether you’re washing out your boilies in lake water prior to use or you want to glug up your boilies before introducing them to your swim, this system is ideal for you. In fact, you’ll notice that there are not only drainage vents at the base of the system but there are also stump feet. These elevate the system in your bucket, allowing your glug to drain straight through as it is applied, giving your boilies an even coat of liquid and preventing the boilies at the base of your bucket from sitting in the glug. Since this system retains all the liquid, you’re able to reuse any left over glug time and time again, allowing you to make the most from your gear and ensuring that you’re not wasting any of your precious liquids.
To drain a greater amount of liquid from your bait, you can simply lift the system from the bucket using its retractable handle. You’ll be able to see the water draining off instantly. By twisting the system 90 degrees, you’ll be able to set the system on top of your bucket. This allows the liquid or water to continue to drain from the bait. The stacked system also has the added benefit of providing you with improved access to your bait, allowing you to easily scoop, spod, or other wise chuck your freebie baits into your swim.
As we’ve mentioned, the Trakker Pureflo Bait Filter System has been designed for use with the Trakker 17lt Olive Square Container. This is a fully air sealed container, with a fitted lid, that ensures that you’re not going to experience any liquid leakage when in transit. The lid also ensures that any birds, squirrels, or other bankside rodents can’t get access to your bait when your back is turned. What’s more, as with all Trakker buckets, you can freeze this entire system. This provides you with an excellent long term storage solution for your pre-prepared baits.
