Description
In addition to being one of the strongest Sonubaits flavors, the Spicy Sausage Halibut Pellets is also one of the best fish catchers, effective in flooded or murky water due to the strong aroma that attracts fish to it. It's quite common to use the 4mm version of deep red halibut pellets through a maggot feeder, which will allow the scent to wash over the downstream hookbait as the pellets slowly trickle out.
By dampening them down with water, the pellet baits can also be used with a mesh feeder for river fishing. Squeezing them in softly at the start of a session will allow them to come out of the feeder quicker, but as the session goes on, you can slow down the speed at which they come out of the feeder in order to create more competitive feeding.
