Slender and powerful, this rod's blank is made from XT60 carbon and is designed to give you everything you need, right when you need it. Built to a proven manufacturing process, and finished with Shimano stainless steel guides for durability and improved longevity, the Shimano Tribal TX-2 boasts an enhanced playing power.
The XT60 blank is built to stand up to the rigours of dynamic carp fishing providing power and strength through the tip and middle section which ensures reliable hook hold, which is essential when you're battling a large, lively carp.
The blank material is backed up by a DPS reel seat that allows you to feel every moment of the action as well as the Shimano stainless steel SIC guides that protect the line during battles with a hooked catch. To assist the light, slim design, Shimano gave the Tribal TX-2 a thin rubber handle that gives you wet weather grip without the bulk.
There is a range of lengths and test curves of the rod available to best suit your needs and methods. Select from 10ft with test curves of 2.75lb or 3lbs, 11ft with the test curve of 2.75lb, 12ft with test curves of 2.75lb, 3lb, or 3.25lb or the 13ft rod with 3lbs test curve or the intense version with 3.50lb+ test curve. At 13ft, and with a 3.5lb test curve, the Shimano Tribal TX2 Infinity Carp Rod gives you power and performance, without compromising on feel or sensitivity.

Return of goods & Refunds
Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. These will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. All unwanted items must be either returned at your own expense or taken into your local Angling Direct store.
