The speaker of the alarm sports a ten-second latching LED alert function so grab your attention when perhaps cooking or in your bivvy. The speaker of the alarm is also water guarded to protect it from angler big splashes from a fish in your net as well as having a high output so it is heard over the rustle of bait packets. As well as controlling the light you chose the volume of the alarm to cater to the environment and time of day as it is always courteous to keep neighbouring anglers in mind.

The Korum set also contains two purple bite indicators to help visually see a movement of your line and pick up the bite before your alarm starts to scream. The alarm also sports an adjustable locking nut and compression washer for easy attachment to your rod support set up.
