These method feeders from Guru are relatively easy to cast, thanks to their aerodynamic shade, and allow for a quick release of baits due to their open-top design. The design of the feeder ensures that the hook bait is presented early on, giving you the maximum amount of time to get a take.
Guru suggests using this inline version with a GURU size 11 Rig System swivel. The inline method feeders are available in 24g and 28g sizes.
