Greys Stalking Fishing Rods
If you’re looking to hunt big and active fish then you’ll want to invest in one of the Greys Stalking rods. There are two rods in the range, each of which has been designed with specific uses in mind.
The smallest rod in the rage is a7ft rod that offers an impressive 2.75lb test curve. This combination of size and strength makes this the perfect rod for hunting big fish at close quarters. Offering a progressive lower butt section, to make the most of all of the rod’s power in its short length, the Greys Stalking rod also offers a forgiving tip section. This ensures that you are able to exert full control over a large and lunging fish, even close up, and this rod works hard to prevent any risk of hook pulls. If you’re stalking with a floater setup then you’ll be pleased to discover that this rod has a useful hook keeper ring. This is ideal for keeping your tackle close by on a fully setup rod when you’re stalking through dense undergrowth – after all, nobody wants to be pausing every few moments to untangle their rig!
The second rod in the range also offers a 2.75lb powerful test curve – this time on a 9ft blank. This makes this rod exceptionally versatile and it’s great for a number of uses across the stalking spectrum – whether you’re hunting for carp or other coarse fish. With a responsive tip section and blended powerful butt you can comfortably tackle any fish you set your sights on with this rod.
Both of the rods in the range benefit from classic Greys quality of build and design. The high modulus carbon blanks are finished in a classy sleek matt black. This makes them ideal companions to any existing tackle collections. Fitted with a top quality cork handle, this rod assures a positive grip each time. In a three piece construction this rod packs down magnificently for ease of storage and transportation.

The new range of Greys Stalking Fishing Rods have been specifically designed to give carp anglers the ideal equipment for stalking carp. Whether it is close quarter big fish hunting or fishing on the surface with controllers, there is a rod in this range for you!
Built around a lightweight high modulus carbon fibre rod blank, this carp stalking rod offers the angler a smooth transfer of power through the blank. This is essential as it is soft enough to prevent hook pulls at close quarters but will progressively power up to allow you to control even the largest of carp with ease. Greys have used double leg sic guides on this carp stalking rod which are not only robust but are also spaced to provide the maximum amount of power from the blank when playing fish.
Designed to balance perfectly with smaller lightweight carp reels, this carp stalking rod also features a quality cork handle for maximum grip and comfort when casting or playing large carp. This carp stalking rod is available in two sizes, a 7ft carp rod which is perfect for close quarter big fish hunting and a 9ft carp rod which can be used for a variety of methods from light leads and PVA bags to close in surface or float fishing. A great addition to this carp stalking rod is the folding hook keeper which allows you to hook your fishing rig when moving swims, preventing tangles or getting snagged in any undergrowth when moving swims. Finished off with a sleek silk black blank with 1K detailing, anodised collars and butt carp, the Greys Stalking Fishing Rods are a must have addition to your carp fishing tackle.

Returns
Return of goods & Refunds
Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. These will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. All unwanted items must be either returned at your own expense or taken into your local Angling Direct store.
