The X3 12ft 2.25lb test curve Floater Rod encompasses all the features from the top selling X3 range but, as the name suggests, in the form of a float rod. The high modulus multi-directional carbon blank remains in its slim form ensuring the rod maintains the lightweight structure synonymous with the existing X3 range.

Spaced along the length of the carbon blank are black whippings housing anti-tangle guides, spread out in an anti-knot pattern, resulting in a smooth cast and retrieve and minimising the chances of crack off.

Moving down towards the butt section of the X3 rod, a 18mm DPS-style reel seat will house your reel of choice with minimal fuss, lateral movement whilst playing an aggressive fighting carp will not be a problem whilst using the Fox Horizon.

The slim high-grade cork handle is sandwiched between a 40mm fox branded butt ring and the understated graphics on the base of the blank, giving it the look and feel of a much more expensive rod.
