The Deeper CHIRP+ 2 ensures a better and more stable connection in bad weather conditions up to 120 m / 394 ft. Also, the device casts out with solid connectivity to your smartphone or tablet via its own generated Wi-Fi, so you won't need cellular data or an internet connection. Its small size and lightweight will make it easy to fit it in a tackle box and even your pocket.

With a target separation of 1cm, you’ll be able to easily pinpoint target species even when they are amongst a school of baitfish or track the tiniest lure when vertical jigging. Surface clutter and noise are minimal, so you can expect precise sonar readings in very shallow water and locate fish as close as 15cmfrom the water’s surface. To the other extreme, you will be able to distinguish bottom huggers in water as deep as 100m.

With 3 beam frequencies, you can discover fish-holding spots faster by scanning an area with the wide-angle beam, 47° (100 kHz). Use the mid angle beam, 20° (240kHz) to drill in on that hotspot you've located or hone in on your target species with the very detailed, 7° (675kHz) narrow-angle beam.

If you are worried about battery life, the device is fast charging (full in just 2 hours) plus the ability to work up to 15 hours due to the power optimization and custom technologies combined with an extra 37% of battery capacity.
