Daiwa Spectron Feeder Rod,
If you’re an angler who favours feeder tactics in your match fishingthen this is an ideal rod for you. Manufactured to Daiwa’s highest standards, this Spectron Feeder is packed with bundles of Daiwa’s highest end technology. One such technology is the unique HVF that makes up the rod blank. HVF stands for High Volume Fibre – an intensely strong carbon construction that operates on V-joint Bias Carbon technology. This means that this rod has an exceptional resistance to torque, which can often damage the key compression points in the rod. These compression points are the areas of the rod that allow the power to build up in your cast so by effectively strengthening these points you are able to build power more effectively for a greater period of time throughout the rods lifespan.
This range has been designed to benefit the angler who targets commercial fisheries as well as the wild water angler, ensuring that there is a rod in the Spectron range that allows you to tackle whichever water you desire. All the feeder rods in the Spectron range come supplied with a quartet of combination tips. This ensures that you can tackle any scenario with complete confidence. Three of the tips are constructed fro ultra-light carbon, ensuring you get the kind of delicacy of feel that you require, and these are complemented by a slim top section. The 9ft to 10ft rod is a thing of beauty and it is perfect for all light feeder and bomb work, as well as being especially suited to action in tighter swims. The 10ft to 11ft rod already looks set to be the most popular of the bunch and it offers extreme precision accuracy and impressive distance in abundance, making it a great all-round outfit. If you’re an angler who likes to deal with heavier chucks, or you simply prefer a big feeder set up, then the 12ft to 13ft options are both highly suited to you. Both the Medium and the Power are rated for up to 10lb mainlines, but the Power offers you that slightly higher loading point and it has the ability to hit out to the greatest distances.
