With its slimmer duplon butt and smaller reel seat, the Catfish Pro Top Cat MK2B Rod fits all catfishing reels you are likely to use. The heavy-duty metal reel seat accommodates big fixed spool reels and is duplon-padded for comfort while playing catfish.
Catfish-Pro's original design catfish rod is a great value entry-level catfish rod, with a 4.5lb curve and excellent fish-playing action at a great price. Playing fish on a blank with 9 rings enables full use of the blank's curve. The rings are made from super-tough Fuji tips. They offer more power for playing cats than carp rods.

Specially designed for catfishing and not just a badged spod rod, these catfish rods have a great playing action, with plenty of power to deal with even the largest of catfish with ease.
The Catfish Pro Top Cat MK2B catfish rods feature a high modulus carbon fibre rod blank, which offer a powerful through action. This blank has incredible power towards the butt section and gives the angler full control when playing and landing large catfish using these catfish rods or when casting large leads and hook baits. The new MK2B catfish rods feature a slimmer re-styled duplon handle.
The strength of these catfish rods is increased by the choice of guides on the with 9 rings allowing full curve of the blank when playing fish. The Top Cat MK2B catfish rods also feature a heavy duty reel seat which allows the angler to use even the largest of catfish reels with these rods. These Catfish Pro Top Cat MK2B Catfish Rods are 12ft in length with a 4.5lb test curve and offer the angler a massive difference when fishing for catfish as opposed to using a spod rod or heavy carp rod and are a must have addition to any anglers catfish tackle.

Return of goods & Refunds
