Trakker Tempest RS 150 Social Cap

The Trakker Tempest RS 150 Social Cap is part of the new Trakker Tempest RS Shelter range, which is the culmination of years of development for the team at Trakker Products. Trakker believe that they have improved the preceding Trakker Tempest to make an even quicker and easier shelter to erect. Introducing the Trakker Tempest Rapid Shelter (RS). Making bivvy set up as easy as click, fan, lock.

With the new Trakker Tempest RS 150 Social Cap acts as a Trakker bivvy extension, which allows you to expand the capacity of your Trakker Tempest RS 150 Bivvy. This substantial tempest bivvy accessory creates a large porch area for your already spacious one man bivvy, that is ideal for socialising with friends in comfort or simply storing additional equipment.

The twin side openings on this trakker social cap can be rolled back to improve air flow and visibility. The Infill Panel from your Tempest Bivvy 150 or an Insect Panel can be zipped into the front of the Tempest RS 150 Social Cap to add increased protection and privacy. The Social cap covers the top of the Trakker Bivvy, greatly improving insulation, which helps to reduce internal temperatures and the build-up of condensation.

The material of this Trakker Tempest Bivvy Social Cap is made from an enhanced Aquatexx fabric. This has a 25000mm hydrostatic head water repellent rating. The outer material on this Trakker social cap features a multi-layer breathable system which helps to increase the materials breathability. Furthermore, a black out pigment has been used on the Aquatexx material which reduces light and heat ingress (sun damage) and should prevent colour fade after extended use.

This Trakker bivvy extension comes with dual magnetic rod straps. These are great to secure the rod in place when re-baiting, or if you are frequently using spods, to leave the spodding rod safe and in position when not in use.

All poles on the Tempest RS Bivvy Social Caps are 16mm pre-formed black powder coated aluminium poles, which ensures they remain lightweight but strong.
