Description
Carbon Reinforced Composite (CRC) materials are used in the body and rotor of the Savage Gear SG6 FD Fishing Reel, which provide a great deal of stiffness and strength while being lighter than standard graphite parts. This rugged equipment can withstand even the most extreme conditions, and it won't bog you down. The SG6 is chock-full of great features including a Braided-Ready spool, Dura Grease for lubrication, an aluminium spool, and a diecast and screw-in handle with T-shaped line clip for easier operation.
Savage Gear SG6 FD Fishing Reel
The Savage Gear SG6 FD Fishing Reel is the latest addition to the Savage Spinning Reel range and has been constructed using carbon reinforced composite materials to create a spinning reel that will withstand the most extreme fishing conditions. Available in a range of sizes making this reel perfect for fishing with small fishing lures such as jigs and shads for perch and zander, to large replicants and crankbaits for Pike.
Savage Gear have used Carbon Reinforced Composite (CRC) materials in the body and rotor of the Savage Gear SG6 FD Reel, which provide a great deal of stiffness and strength while being lighter than standard graphite parts. This reel has been equipped with 8+1 stainless steel ball bearings, which ensures that the reel will always run smoothly and reliably, even when used intensively!
This fishing reel uses a carbon drag system as the use of carbon fibre drag washers offers the best stopping power and smoothness compared to any other drag system. This eliminates the drag jerking when playing fish and ensures a smooth delivery of power from the reel leading to less line breakages when playing specimen fish. To further improve drag performance and to repel water from the drag system, Savage have used dura grease lubrication.
This Savage Gear Reel has been designed specifically for lure fishing and features a cone shaped bail holder, t-shaped line clip and a non-slip spool design. Finished off in a stylish design, this reel has also been made to last thanks to its aluminium diecast handle and aluminium spool. This reel also features a soft touch handle making this reel comfortable to use on even long fishing sessions with repeated casting and comes with a spare aluminium spool which allows you to carry a range of sizes of fishing lines which you can tailor to your specific fishing requirements.

Return of goods & Refunds
