The PikePro P100 Multi Range Pike Rod – Duplon Handle oozes quality from start to finish and in the eyes of PikePro is the best entry level pike rod to ever be developed!
This pike fishing rod is made from a 12ft multi modulus carbon blank, with a semi-parabolic actions that is perfect for casting heavy baits and big leads associated with big water pike fishing, but equally at home on rivers and drains too. PikePro have developed the rod so that the butt section has plenty of power to make casting at distance an ease. However to ensure hook pulls are kept to a minimum, the tip action of this rod is soft.
The test curve of this PikePro Rod has been optimised to offer the maximum degree of flexibility, enabling small baits and 3oz leads to be cast long distances, whilst still enabling large baits to be fished comfortably at shorter ranges.
Fitted with double-leg extra-strong SiC rings throughout that are braid friendly and optimally positioned to maximise casting performance. An 18mm screw reel seat suitable for Big Pit style fishing reels blends perfectly into the hard-wearing full length duplon handle. The handle of this rod is full length, making it easier to grip the butt of the rod on the cast, allowing you to increase the casting speed and hit the mark every time!
