PikePro Extra Strong Lure Traces,
Casting or trolling lures of six-inches or more is the stock-in trade for most pike anglers, yet with lures often weighing in excess of 4-ounces you need robust gear to stand up to the loads put on tackle by these big lures. These new lure traces are made from black plastic coated 80lb seven-strand wire with 100lb swivels and tournament clips for maximum durability. Eighteen inches in length to eliminate the risk of bite-offs should a pike jump or roll during the fight. Super-secure tournament clips. Kink-resistant plastic-coated wire.
Product Usage,
We recommend using these traces with braid of at least 40lb test, preferably heavier when casting big lures.
