The 12ft 6inch 3.8m feeder rod in this range has a casting weight of 80g, which means that it will accommodate all sizes and styles of feeder such as method, hybrid, cage or blockend. This rod will also make a good river rod for fast flowing rivers such as the Yare, Trent or Wye.

In these feeder rods, there is plenty of give in the tip of the rod to you don’t hook pull on soft mouthed skimmers and roach, but to ensure you can cast heavy weights and land larger fish such as Barbel and Carp there is plenty of power in the bottom of the rod to allow you to control these fish at the netting stage.  

Featuring a unique handle design with a part cork/EVA design, and a screw in reel seat that will handle all modern feeder reels with ease. The high modulus fast taper 3 piece carbon black has been used to ensure a nice progressive casting action, allowing you to add them extra metres to your cast with ease! 

Another small design feature of this feeder rod is the increased handle length, which allows you to get a better grip of the butt of the rod on the cast which allows you to increase the casting speed, once again making it easier to cast your feeder to the desired fishing spot.
