The JRC Cocoon Porch transforms the interior space for socialising, cooking, hanging your wet net and more. This is a valuable addition to your overnight stay setup. Made from 10.000 mm HH 210D 100% nylon outer skin, the bivvy porch offers waterproofing and durability for the more miserable conditions. The peak of the porch acts as a rain gutter, draining all the excess water to the sides rather than over your head as you pop your head out the door.

The height of the universal porch is fully adjustable to match a diverse range of bivvies. The zip door is also able to cater to a multitude of shelter styles as it is a multi-position design and comes with a mosquito mesh for that extra layer of bug pest protection. The frame of the JRC porch is made from ultralight 6061 aerospace-grade rigid aluminium poles, offering a strong but lightweight set up. These tension poles sport a non-glare titanium grey finish to avoid the reflection into the swim and scaring away fish.

Putting the bivvy porch together is made easy with a clever bivvy-connect system that fits most tent sizes on the market. For extra support, the porch comes with a tension strap and Camlock system. Once set up, the porch measures at 220cm L x 305cm W x 165cm-178cm-190cm H. Packing down is also made easier as you can store the porch into the supplied carry bag along with the supplied HD steel pegs. The porch adds just 8.4kg to your barrow but is well worth the extra pounds for improving your home at the bank.
