IT IS FAIR to say RidgeMonkey have changed the game when it comes to a number of things we always seemingly took for granted with our carp fishing and their forays into power charging devices has been no different. The old Vault Power Pack was quickly and widely adopted by anyone and everyone and immediately became a bankside standard. The new C-Smart version takes all the highly successful attributes of the Vault workhorse a few steps further with some hi-tech upgrades and capabilities.

1 Type C versatility First and foremost the most significant upgrade from the old Vault pack is the new USB-C capability. It is quickly becoming a new tech industry standard with Apple, Samsung, Google and Huawei among others all making the switch to the new and improved power and file transference port. Add to that twin old style USB ports and a 12V DC cigar style output and you have something that can literally charge anything, from old to new.

2 Multi-tasker Because of the four outputs, you can charge multiple devices at once. The old Vault pack gave you two USB’s and the DC, there’s now the additional USB-C in the mix as well, so you can multi-task to your heart’s content, or charge a few of your mates phones at the same time who are all envious of your power capacity!



3 Vault by name, Vault by nature The stats for number of charges and the speed at which that can be delivered by the new Vault pack are astonishing. The smaller pack kicks out an impressive 15-17 full charges of an iPhone 8, and the bigger brother a mighty 29-31. It is also just two hours from flat to full on a laptop - enough for even the most ardent of social media users or download fans. Whether you are charging phones, camera batteries, laptops or any other devices, the Vault will keep you connected and rolling for longer than anything else out there.

4 Stylish, and powerful The old Vault was a workhorse, no doubt, but the new C-Smart is next level. Not only are you getting extra power capacity and options, but the looks and finish have been revamped too to make it look just as sleek and stylish as it is functional. With the option of a nice dark Gunmetal Green or Grey you can keep it carpy, or go chic if you want it for business trips and working on the go as well.
