The plans to further expand in the industry, it aims to do this though the creation of tackle that continually exceeds expectations and provides exceptional value for money.

Sonik Sports have introduced two new additions to its popular Vader X range, the Vader X 3 Rod and 2 Rod Pod. Similarly, to the Vader X rod range, the rod pods epitomise the beliefs of the brand, offering incredible performance, exceptional build quality and good looks at a lower price point than other high-end rod pods on the market.

The Vader X Rod Pods offer you everything you need from a solid rod pod, its compact, stable, quick to set up and adaptable to any swim. The front and back bars are height adjustable and if you’re not looking to use a pod in every session, the Vader X Pod can also be used in a goal post bankstick setup.

The Vader X pods utilise a lightweight aluminium construction, the Two Rod Pod weighing in at just 830g and the Three Rod Pod weighing 990g, impressively light when you consider the setup dimensions of W 22.5 x 52-75 x 21.5-40cm and W 42.5 cm x L 68-97 cm x H 21.5-40 cm, respectively.

The pods themselves are finished in black anodised aluminium and the threads are detailed in gold, the cam locks are sturdy and won’t budge under compression during a run. The branding is subtle, featuring a single Vader X logo on the base pole.

Not only does the Vader X Rod Pod compact down to a transportable size but it also comes complete with a smart carry case in black rip stop material, finished with Vader X and Sonik branding and is secured via two black clips.
