After the success of the Titan Hide, Nash have launched its bigger brother, the Titan Hide XL. Much like its sibling, the XL is designed with the shorter session in mind but if you find yourself wanting to extend your session into dark, the XL will handle an overnighter with ease. With its increased footprint and headroom, there is ample space inside for you, your mate and all your gear and with the inclusion of several new features, the XL will ensure a comfortable stay on the bank.
The five leg, single movement fast erect design results in exactly that, the Titan quickly props up so if you’re short on daylight or caught in some adverse weather the Titan can quickly and effortlessly provide you with shelter.
The curved front rib, above the doorway acts as a storm peak and will keep any driving rain out but also encourage oncoming wind over the top of the bivvy, keeping you snug inside. The Titan XL has some brand new features which didn’t feature on the smaller Titan Hide; The inner vapour shield is suspended from the ceiling of the bivvy its function is to combat condensation, particularly in those colder months, and at the other end of the scale, two rear mozzie mesh vents will act as air conditioning in the warmer months, allowing air to pass through your XL Hide and keep you cool.
The 5000mm Hydrostatic Head 420D material is coupled with nylon tape seamed construction to provide you with complete protection from the elements and with the addition of a ground sheet, mozzie mesh front vent or full waterproof infill for the doorway, all of which are sold separately, the Nash Titan XL will keep you bone dry and warm in the most adverse of conditions.
Handy additions include the dual Velcro rod retaining straps positioned on the side of the doorway, the Nash T-pegs and carry bag provided with the Hide XL and the fast fit toggles and elastics the bivvy is fitted with.
