Pike Fishing PB - Scott Kingsley
Despite a very heavy Christmas work load our very own Mail Order man Scott Kingsley has still managed to squeeze in a bit of fishing! Even though Scott's normally associated with Carp fishing, in the winter months he also dabbles in a bit of Pike fishing and already this year, in a limited amount of trips he's managed to bank a few fish including some absolute crackers, with fish to 20lb.
On a recent session to our local Norfolk Broads, Scott managed a new PB, with a cracking fish of 22lb 4oz. Fishing afloat, aboard a friends boat, Scott landed the specimen on a Bait Box Mackerel Tail, float fished hard on the bottom in 4ft of water.
After a few quick trophy shots the big girl was safely returned.
Everyone at Angling Direct would like to congratulate Scott on his new PB and on what is an absolutely cracking Pike! I'm sure you'll all agree by the pictures below, what a head on the fish and what an absolute Croc!
Scott assures us he'll be back on the blog next year, bigger and better than ever, with some serious Carp Fishing tales!
