Boat Fishing For Smoothound In The Thames Estuary

For this latest episode we headed back down to Essex to fish with our good friend Phil White, aboard his boat the Chinook III, with one species in mind... the Smooth Hound!

The summer months of June, July and August are peak times to target this hard fighting fish, a fish that is a favourite amongst both beach and boat anglers up and down the country and certainly one of ours.

For this session we were also joined by our good friend Dan Daynes, who was looking to break his Smoothound duck and catch his first of the species!
