BCAC 'Dream Team' At It Again!

Swindon store manager Kevin Hewitt and West Country carrot cruncher Mark Bartlett fished the British Carp Angling Championships semi final on Brasenose 1 on the Linear complex over the weekend.

The match was incredible, and the pair ended up with 66 fish for a total weight of 1415lb, with an average size of over 21lb. Among the catch were 5 fish over 30lb, with the biggest tipping the scales at 36lb 12oz.

This secured Kev and Mark's place in the final, which will take place on Wraysbury in September, where the duo will aim to retain the title, and win it three years on the bounce. Best of luck from everyone at Angling Direct boys!
