The Advanta FD 8000 Big Pit reel has been designed to offer maximum casting distances to anglers who fish a wide range of venues from large lakes to powerful rivers. The reel is built using an ultra-lightweight body to reduce unnecessary weight. The reduced weigh means casting long distance is made easier and more accurate by increasing the speed of the rod during the cast and reducing wobble associated with heavy reels. The Advanta Big Pit reel features a quick drag system, super slow oscillation for improved line lay, a deep aluminium spool with line friendly line clip and a 6+1 Stainless steel ball bearing construction. The internal gears are made using the highest quality materials and are built around a strong worm shaft gear structure to ensure maximum winding power when playing fish or retrieving rigs from long distances.

With a right/left inter-changeable CNC handle and a wooden handle knob, this reel offers a superior grip to improve your control while boosting performance and reliability. It has an 8000 line capacity and can hold up to 15lb of mono line, helping keep more bait in the water without having to constantly re-cast.
Its stainless steel shaft and power drive gear ensure high-strength performance, while its instant anti-reverse system helps you control fish on the line with a few jerky movements. An electronically balanced rotor heightens your sensitivity even further so you'll be able to feel slight fluctuations in pull as soon as they happen.
The thick bail arm gives it maximum balance for when it comes time to retrieve or cast again. Return of goods & Refunds
Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt. These will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to yourself. All unwanted items must be either returned at your own expense or taken into your local Angling Direct store.
